I believe that setting intentions are the way to living the life you
dream up.
Daily thinking out loud is productive.
The workbook will encourage 5 steps daily.
1. Rant: Write down what goes on in your head. Just ramble
do not hold back. Nothing needs to make sense. What you think
may not be true. It is just a way to put out there what is circling
and may or may not need to be addressed. Leaving any issues that
can not be resolved today on paper. Ideally this page will get tossed
so that noone will come upon it now or later and be positioned to judge on
info that makes no sense.
2. Gratitude: Thinking out loud and on paper what you are grateful for
is key in staying joyfilled. Listing little things is a good thing.
3. To Do list: take yesterday's list and toss it. Start a new each day.
4. Goals: Today, this week, this month, this year, this decade, in this
life time. Writting these down and looking at now and then is effective
in moving life forward toward these desires.
5. Dream on paper when you have time. Go wild, dream big!
Dream in color with as many details as possible.
This week the workbook went live on amazon!

I was encouraged to use a pen name for my books. I remembered a fun
game when we all in a circle were asked to state our first dog's name and
our mother's maiden name. Hence Tiki Dickson.
If you find this subject interesting and perhaps would like to use this guide
to do some daily activity towards your best self, perhaps go and buy the book.
I need 5 people to do reviews on it so I can get some progress towards sales.
It is my hope that the workbook will assist many to move toward their dreams.
Next I learn about amazon ads.
I have three more books on their way to amazon books, KDP Kindle Direct
Publishing. Amazingly, these books are not printed until they are purchased.
It costs nothing to upload a book to KDP. Amazon is interested in making
sales and they take a percentage of each book that goes out.
